The number you provided gets one to Woot Customer Service via ACD option 4, BUT only to an outgoing message that states they no longer accept anything but email. Yet another online vendor totally disappears into the ether!

  • DAVID A

I could not resolve my problem with woot online so I decided to call customer service. Lo and behold there is no customer service. Just a recording to dial someone’s extension. No service.

July 12 placed online order for VIZIO 70″ TV. Received auto bot email reply

Later same day, received auto -bot email advising of shipment, with FedX tracking # that proved false.

TODAY, July 21st, repeated email attempts bring supposedly “people” response from a RICH and CLARK.

Multiple calls to 972-417-3959 – impossible get past auto directory voice.

TOTALLY FRUSTRATING — My ccard charged July 14 for $1,230 dollars – Woot has in their bank.

NO TV – NO RESPONSE —

They are doing in broad daylight … what Jesse James did at night, with a horse and a gun.

I FEEL I HAVE BEEN ROBBED!!!

Why don’t you reply to emails or answer your customer service number 917-417-3959.

  • Marina chavez

I was trying to order two watches in one so I only had to pay the one fee of $5 and it said its only sending one.

You guys f#kn suck! Customer service is a joke

  • Sally Belcher

There is no one around to help me with a correction to the order I placed. This is totally unacceptable. You got the shipping address incorrect and I don’t want to receive the table that belongs to my son as a gift. Billing address and shipping address are two totally different things.

  • kayak

I placed an order only to be told that my wife had the item. There was no phone number or way to cancel.

  • Scoot

Absolutely no customer service. Ordered sled on December 8th with 3-8 day shipping. Still haven’t received item and when I inquire about shipping they say it’ll take a week to get back to me? What’s up with that? My new nephew was born on the 16th, I hope he at least gets it by Christmas… January 2nd, still no sled, no shipping info and no answer to shipping questions. Guess I’ll have to find something else for him when I meet him on Jan.17th, 2014. Completely disappointed, never to woot again. Thanks customer no-service.

Went back and forth for two days trying to get shipment to my address. Was told to go to other address and ask for shipment. Address does not exist. Have been waiting for 4 weeks. Customer service…hmm… There is none. Each different rep tells me they need information that the previous one covered in the same emails.

    What a joke.

  • not a happy camper

Received random parcel from vendor. Want to return it. There is no viable contact number. Nor viable email support to aide in this process. Had parcel for over a month. To return has been to no avail.

IF you buy anything from a Internet Company who does not publish a PHONE NUMBER where you can call then for support then do NOT !!!! buy anything from that company because they are a RIPOFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sharon tipsword

I have spent 3 days pushing numbers and sights and can’t get anyone to tell me how to return or replace a TV that won’t work.

It shouldn’t be this hard. I am 70 but not stupid. Just tell me how to ship back this product.

  • steve nelson

I placed an order with woot they said it was given to ups but ups has no record of it and I can not get anyone at woot to talk to me as far as I am concerned this company is nothing but a rip off and a scam they should be revuide by the better business bureaui

I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone at woot for days the number that was on this site isn’t helpful. No one answers

I want to correct a order and cannot do it. I cannot contact them with the telephone number I have found. Woot is a subsidiary of Amazon and they cannot provide a telephone number. How can this company work on the internet and not be breaking federal laws? I will not be using this web-site again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Bruce

Support link is currently broken and gives you an error message with a link that sends you to a page that has a link that sends you back to the page that does not work!

I found a phone number for them, but when you call it the only option available is to press 0 for an operator, but then it tells you that is not a valid number!

After searching all over the Woot website I found an entry, almost by accident, in the woot Community World of woot section, saying they were having server problems so to contact support email them at support@woot.com

So why don’t they list that on their website SOMEWHERE besides a forum, and then only when they figure out they have a problem?

Seems Woot has gone downhill since being bought by Amazon. I rather wish they would just create a Woot section on Amazon so the support is more “world class” (always good support from Amazon) and I can use my Prime membership for free two day shipping!

You call the number, and you get two choices -to dial an extension IF you already know it, or dial by name. I tried guessing a large number of extensions – with only one number, 2, 3 and 4, all were called “invalid”. I tried guessing by name, but after just typing ONE letter, the recording says “there is no person by that name”.
You are allowed three attempts to dial an extension, and the it simply says goodbye and disconnects. For some “strange” reason you are allowed multiple attempts at a name, but then why bother? It cuts you off after the first letter.

Imagine a company run by an angry adolescent young boy with a snarky sense of humor. This company has taken common cynicism and turned it into corporate policy. They haved turned cystomer relations on its head, from the historically successful and commonly practised, “the customer is always right” to being always wrong. They have a gloss of cuteness throughout their website, but behind it all is an irresponsible company that, at best, is removing itself from being a party to the transaction, and at worst, sends out defective goods and then hides behind an email saying it’s not their problem, or makes real good money, if not the bulk if it’s profits, through shyster 15% restocking fees!

    CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!

Goodbye, Woot. Having never contacted you before, how would I ever know someone’s name or extension number??? All I needed was to get my ID/PSWD situation straightened out. But, no, you put up this wall of defense around you.
I’m taking Woot out of my favorites and will never, ever consider you again.
