    when you call to cancel this service make sure to get the cancelation number that way if they charge your account again you can call them with this number and give it to your attorney to get your money back.

    I don’t know who or what this company does and I didn’t agree to any kind of services with them yet they have now been taking $21.95 out of my checking account for the past two to three months. Have read about others having this probelm as well. How is this company able to be still in business with business practices like this. Shouldn’t the government be involved in these illegal business practices on unsuspecting consumers instead of worring about sticking their noses into my personal business or any other Americans private life. This company should be shut down and proscecuted by the whichever dept. the government has to protect consumers from vultures like this. They are hard to get a hold of to find out anything or cancel whatever they claim you signed up for. This is total BS!!!! Consumers unite and fight back against companies that victimize unsuspecting consumers and STEAL our hard earned money!!!!

    I CALLED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOU GUYS. BUT, ON THE PAGE I GOT YOUR NUMBER ON MY COMPUTER, IT TELLS ABOUT ALOT OF CANCELLATIONS NOT GOING THROUGH. PEOPLE WERE STILL BEING CHARGED. SO I DON’T KNOW UNTIL I DON’T RECEIVE YOUR BILL FOR A WHILE.

    I called last month and was told they were canceled. Now this month the charge is there again. Please acknowledge with an e-mail to me that it has been canceled!! NO MORE CHARGES!!!!

    I have called several months in a row to cancel my account. June, July, August, September, October, and November…. FINALLY received a cancellation number so hopefully I don’t get charged in December. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. I asked for reimbursement and was denied. Thank you, Eric!
