    TD AUTO FINANCE USA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. period. For 6 months, every time i have called the 800 number shown above, i have been placed on hold for at least 20 minutes or longer, before actually getting to talk to a human. Each time. So, today i tried calling the TDAF in Canada just to see what would happen and guess what ?? it rang right thru immediately and was answered immediately. Finance your car somewhere else if you want good customer service. Seriously. if you work and have a schedule to keep you cannot put up with this nonsense. TDAF is worse than horrible. Thank goodness i have speaker phone.

    If I could give this bank a negative rating I would. Hold time is outrageous and barely speak English. Im a title clerk at a auto dealership and deal with man banks and this one is by far the worst. Bank refuses to send clear title and wants you to pay the cost of a replacement, which in this case is over $100. When asked what they do with titles sent to them by the state they refuse to answer. If you need a loan you would be better off going to your corner loan shark. Do not give them your business they don’t deserve it.

    800 NUMBER IS A JOKE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENCE. BORROW FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. TRYING TO GET YOUR TITLE AFTER PAY-OFF IS WORSE THAN RIPPING OFF FINGERNAILS
