    Horrible customer service.
    Without your PIN, you can do nothing.
    Phone menu has no person to reach.
    Forgotten PIN option doesn’t work, cycles back to main menu.
    Absolutely worthless customer service, but they want your money just the same, and you are hosed if you don’t pay.
    Dead battery? Too bad.
    Definitely one of the reasons people hate government.

    I called the toll free number and got a recording of sales pitches and contests-prizes and trips won. I never got to a customer service representative. I keep getting a very annoying cheerful voice telling me I won trips, etc. I have a charge on my account I don’t recognize! I just wanted to speak to someone about it. Alice Patterson

    Agreed….I lost my invoice for toll “violation” and when you press one, it cuts you off. Why can’t I just enter my plate number and contact an agent? They can sure find me, but I cannot find them because I don’t have the document number. EZPass has it all over these people…..Can’t wait for the federal mandate which will unify them all.
