    I have been trying to cancel my account with you for over a month now. Your cancellation directions lead me to click on something that doesn’t exist. You purposely make it impossible to cancel, so I am reporting my credit card as compromised and am having a new one issued. Good luck getting your money then, you thieves.

    I used the the free trial for 48 hours and paid $9.99 to upgrade to the premium service and I still only able to get free radio. Also, your service will only let me log in thru FaceBook.

    Hello. I registered on January 20 for 1 free month spotify premium. you confirmed order number 149958184017.

    Email address used to register to spotify = denisevanlaere@gmail.com with password Tervuren3080. I cannot get into the account, username and password not recognized and cannot make Spotify connect to Sonos. I have now received my first invoice for Spotify Premium. PLEASE help me with log in. THANKS

    I was trying spotify out for your 30 day free trial but music would not play so I cancelled my subscription before the first week was up, but I continue to get charged and now I can’t call because there is no phone number, are you fucken kidding me.

    This spotify already charging my daughter’s credit card then to her regular checking account..so that’s 2 charges every month for $9.99 or $19.98 a month..I called the bank to dispute the charges..i sent a copy from the charges still not able to fix..i think this is scamming people get charges to their account and never able to cancel it unless you changed you credit card..Don’t give your checking account..i don’t understand why spotify got hold of my daughter’s regular checking acct..she probably give them information that’s why…So maybe if you have any contact number with this company and address pls let the public know..or the BBB..Thank you

    YOUR site makes this so difficult to do. I want my account canceled as I NEVER OFFERED TO PAY FOR THIS. Spotify has taken money out of my account monthly and I had no idea until doing some research on my visa. YOU NEVER had my permission to take funds out and the funny thing is although you have taken money and taken money, I have absolutely no credit within Spotify. I want all my fund returned to me immediately and my I want nothing to do with your site or music. It is odd the name I have to verify below is difficult but that is exactly what you have made this. I want immediate attention to this email and it is obvious from reading above that you do this quite frequently. CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL AND REFUND MY FREAKIN MONEY~!!!!!!
