    I am so embarrassed that i actually have been a customer of a company like yours… I hope someone from the corporate office reads this … i ordered some lava cakes for my niece, i paid expedited shipping and they got there today…. WITH NOOOOOOOO instructions.. so my sister got on your web site… NO instructions.. so she called… unbelievable the type of service she received from this girl.. rude, would not help her, she was so upset she called me and could not believe i spent my $$ with a company like yours that has such lack of compassion and customer service… not sure how long will be in business treating customers like this . i know she will NEVER order from you and i am spreading the word .. it’s sad you treat people like that .. who are just trying to spend money with you.

    I will never EVER again order from this ridiculous joke of a company. I ordered cake pops for a sick co-worker. Everything was find with deliver and the product was GREAT! But now, as I am trying to pay their invoice, I am getting the run around! All I need is a W9 form and so for everyone I have talked to has no clue what that is. One of the women even LAUGHED at me! I will make sure I tell everyone I know to not EVER use Shari’s Berries. Rude rude rude!!!

    two orders of chocolate covered strawberries were received. both orders the chocolate covered strawberries were small compared to the product we received last year. your customer service representative was courteous and promptly resolved the issue.

    I cancelled my order via telephone. When I explained that my Groupon did not register and asked about free shipping, “Stan” said he would cancel my order. I asked him to send me an email confirmation which he said he would do and an hour later nothing has arrived. POOR customer service.

    I OREREED, the standard order for berries, and even dobled it. addded some coved cookies for her little girl. GOING FOR THE BONUS POINTS WITH BOTH. BUT DIDNT WORK OUT. SO SORRY IT DIDNT WORK OUT. I LOOSE. Maybe some UPS employee ate them, or took them for his wife. I JUST KNOW MINE DIDNT GET THEM. I CALLED CUTOMER SERVIVE TO FIGUR IT OUT. IT LOOKLIKE THERE IS A ISSUE WITH THIER ON LIN ORDERIG SYSTEM, WHICH IS TO BAD . BECAUSE I LIKE TO ODER ALOT ON LINE. likekly not from here again.Sorry for thier problem, always room to improve.

    NEVER use again. Arranged, spoke w/ a rep to confirm am delivery to make a delivery for my son’s 21st at a work mtg. We are across the country and wanted to make special since he is going to college. Paid extra for am delivery. Did not get there on Friday at all and will spoil in the UPS hub until Monday by 8 pm!!!!

    Never, ever use again!!!

    Shari is a scam artist they lure you in with 20% off coupons to get you to their site, but make you go through the whole checkout process, input your credit card and THEN they show you the exorbitant shipping prices, nearly double or triple your purchase price on an item that weights less than a pound. Sorry Shari, but your berries are not WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

    I placed an order with Sharis’s Berries on Sept, 2nd. While placiing the order I was offered an “Our Family” 20% discount. I did not see anywhere to insert the discount code and went to the next screen thinking that would be where I would find it. Instead I found thqt my credit card info had been saved from a previous order and my order was placed without the discount. I then called to see if the discount could be applied. I placed the online order during the busyness of my business day for the convenience. After a too lengthy conversation about the not applied discount I decided to just cancel the order. I was told that I may see a pending charge on my bank account but that it would drop off. This morning SEPTMBER 11th, NINE days after the cancelled order I see that my card has been charged. I make yet another phone call and spoke with Dan who while not rude was clearly not happy with my call. I had responded to an e-mail that I got from Shari’s Berries and related my experience, & the fact that I had cancelled the order. I did receive ane-mail inresponse apologizing for my “not enjoyable” shopping experience. I read this to Dan. He put me on hold and told me that he would speak to the department that could see all e-mails. Came back and told me that the STATUS OF THE DELIVERY. Why would I call to check the status of the delivery of an order that I had CANCELLED????? He talked over me but did say that my account would be refunded. I asked for e-mail confirmation of the refund and he said that he had already sent it. I told him that I would like to stay on the phone with him until I received it and he said it could take up to two hours. I asked how long it would would be before I was refunded and he told me 5 to 7 business days. I did not get the discount i was offered, made phone calls, sent e-mails, had my card charge for a cancelled order and have been told that I called to check on the delivery status of a CANCELLED ORDER. So much for convenience and customer service! Since I have already spent a ridiculous amount of time on this issue, I will invest a little more time to plaster my experience all over social media in attempt to save the next person from a similar experience!

    My order was shipped to the wrong address. It was supposed to go to the billing address as I instructed by phone two days running as a result I cancelled the order and do not expect to be billed for your error.
