    my neighbor applied for a phone and was told she already had one. she explained that she lived in a duplex and her address was 125 westend st apt. 14 and her next door neighbors was 125 westend st. apt. 13. i have tried calling about this but gotten nowwhere. can you please help us? my safelink no. is 270 206 5175.

    phone stopped working mailed it back. called 3 weeks later, when I did not receive a new phone. Service dept. said they had no record of my having a phone with them, & they refuse to send me a new phone because I did not follow the return process properly. How could they not have me on file when I had a phone with them for over 2 years? Not a good way to run a business.

    I misplaced my safelink phone and dont know what to do about getting another one. Ive called but i have to use my job phone and the wait is always 20 minutes or more.

    Call the technical support number, press 1 for English, then 4, then 6, then when the computer asks for you phone number hit 0. After he asks, and you hit 0 3 times, it will transfer you to a live person. Frustrating, and you will probably be on hold for awhile but at least you can talk to someone

    When you call for help they tell you to call from another number, not everyone is able to do this. Hence you can never get help for phones that are not working properly. they need to have an online support center for those of us that can not call from another number. I also do not get good coverage with thephone I have. i need another model that bings from a different provider. Really, really awful customer service!

    Safelink keeps shutting off my phone even though I keep it on at all times. I also make at least 2 calls per month. I need my safe link phone as I am low income and elderly with diabetes and pulminary fibrosis. What happen if my car breaks down?

    this is the worst company i’ve ever seen. You can definately tell its run by nonamericans. 3 months and still no phone when u call they can’t understand u and u cant understand them. they can’t explain what is wrong always wait 30 days and call back i went to assurance wireless and would not recommend safelink to anyone i will be emailing the goverment about this plan and see if they can understand m bunch of dumbasses.

    It appears as though Safelink/Tracphone have updated their automated telephone menu options so that NO ONE will be able to speak to another human being. I guess they need to cut costs and pocket more government handout monies. There is no other explanation for the blatantly bad service. My problem is that every month I have had to call technical support in order to get my additional minutes by entering a 25-30 digit number, that the rep reads to me as I enter it into my cell phone, and then the phone updates instantly. But now, it is impossible to get to tech support personnel. The automated feature asks for your cell phone number and says that at this time we are processing a transaction on this phone. Please make a call, wait 15 minutes, and everything will be OK. Then they have the cojones to say “If that does not work, please call us back”!!!!!!!! I am running out of minutes calling and calling while absolutely nothing gets done!!!! Pathetic, is the only description of this Co.

    My 77 year old mother has had a phone for well over 2 years. In june 2013 we activated a new phone,because the old one was not working correctly. For 2 years she got her mins. on the 1rst w/out an issue. Since july her mins do not show up automatically, so every month I have to call to get them,this sometimes takes up to 3 days ,to get them. They assure me that the next month they will be automatically added,YEAH RIGHT 6 months later I am still calling to get her mins. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A U.S.A. GOV. ISSUED PHONE FOR THE CITEZENS OF U.S.A. IN THE MEAN TIME I AM TALKING TO CUSTORMER SERVICE IN THE PHILLIPHENES, OR SOME CENTRAL AMERICA COUNTRY. WHO BY THE WAY ARE VERY RUDE,AND NOT MUCH OF HELP. ALOT OF PEOPLE PROBALY WOULD NOT NEED THIS PHONE IF THEY KEPT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS IN THE COUNTRY.

    I have called every number for safelink that I have and still cannot reach a customer service rep. I recieved my replacement phone but with only 12 minutes on it not the amount I had when I lost it ! For two weeks now I have been calling with no satisfaction of reaching anyone to resolve this issue !

    Number is no good for use. Its an automated system. Regardless of what your problem is you are never directed to a representative, it simply tells you that they don’t understand, to call back and then hangs up. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    My phone was stolen and I had to buy a new phone well did that call safe link on the 2 nd mins go on on the first they r saying I have to wait till march to get my mins because my phone was stolen and I need the stolen phone to get my mins off it they r saying they can’t give me my mins for feb like this is bs this safe company are bullshiters like they rip u off someone needs to get back to me ASAP my children have health problems I need this phone and now because my phone was stolen from me my children and my self r being punished u piece of shit company
