    I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH YOU!!!!! I would gladly like to see these kind of customer service jobs and other jobs back in the USA! I dread calling them! Just want to speak to someone I can understand and not take 1-2 hours!

    My daughter by mistake put her sweater in the washing machine with my phone in her pocket, It even went through the dry B4 I noticd it, Knoa I am having a hard time trying to contact someone to get it replaced.

    this is the worst company i’ve ever seen. You can definately tell its run by nonamericans. 3 months and still no phone when u call they can’t understand u and u cant understand them. they can’t explain what is wrong always wait 30 days and call back i went to assurance wireless and would not recommend safelink to anyone i will be emailing the goverment about this plan and see if they can understand m bunch of dumbasses.

    Safelink keeps shutting off my phone even though I keep it on at all times. I also make at least 2 calls per month. I need my safe link phone as I am low income and elderly with diabetes and pulminary fibrosis. What happen if my car breaks down?

    When you call for help they tell you to call from another number, not everyone is able to do this. Hence you can never get help for phones that are not working properly. they need to have an online support center for those of us that can not call from another number. I also do not get good coverage with thephone I have. i need another model that bings from a different provider. Really, really awful customer service!

    It appears as though Safelink/Tracphone have updated their automated telephone menu options so that NO ONE will be able to speak to another human being. I guess they need to cut costs and pocket more government handout monies. There is no other explanation for the blatantly bad service. My problem is that every month I have had to call technical support in order to get my additional minutes by entering a 25-30 digit number, that the rep reads to me as I enter it into my cell phone, and then the phone updates instantly. But now, it is impossible to get to tech support personnel. The automated feature asks for your cell phone number and says that at this time we are processing a transaction on this phone. Please make a call, wait 15 minutes, and everything will be OK. Then they have the cojones to say “If that does not work, please call us back”!!!!!!!! I am running out of minutes calling and calling while absolutely nothing gets done!!!! Pathetic, is the only description of this Co.

    I was trying to get a live person to talk to my safe link phone fell and is crushed, I was calling to see how I can get another phone, my phone number is 470-564-0760 please call my Mom number at 678-357-3806 and tell how I can resolve this issue. I had plenty of minutes left on it.

    My 77 year old mother has had a phone for well over 2 years. In june 2013 we activated a new phone,because the old one was not working correctly. For 2 years she got her mins. on the 1rst w/out an issue. Since july her mins do not show up automatically, so every month I have to call to get them,this sometimes takes up to 3 days ,to get them. They assure me that the next month they will be automatically added,YEAH RIGHT 6 months later I am still calling to get her mins. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A U.S.A. GOV. ISSUED PHONE FOR THE CITEZENS OF U.S.A. IN THE MEAN TIME I AM TALKING TO CUSTORMER SERVICE IN THE PHILLIPHENES, OR SOME CENTRAL AMERICA COUNTRY. WHO BY THE WAY ARE VERY RUDE,AND NOT MUCH OF HELP. ALOT OF PEOPLE PROBALY WOULD NOT NEED THIS PHONE IF THEY KEPT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS IN THE COUNTRY.

    I am 76 and do not care nor do I want to text could I get more minutes what does this mean, either text or use 250 minutes thank you can you get more minutes or does it mean either text or talk 250

    Call the technical support number, press 1 for English, then 4, then 6, then when the computer asks for you phone number hit 0. After he asks, and you hit 0 3 times, it will transfer you to a live person. Frustrating, and you will probably be on hold for awhile but at least you can talk to someone

    phone stopped working mailed it back. called 3 weeks later, when I did not receive a new phone. Service dept. said they had no record of my having a phone with them, & they refuse to send me a new phone because I did not follow the return process properly. How could they not have me on file when I had a phone with them for over 2 years? Not a good way to run a business.

    I have faxed over verification 2 times and then SMS meassaged them once. When I tried to explain I got frustrated and they refused to put a supervisor on the phone. Does anyone have a corporate email.or phone number to the higher ups?

    my neighbor applied for a phone and was told she already had one. she explained that she lived in a duplex and her address was 125 westend st apt. 14 and her next door neighbors was 125 westend st. apt. 13. i have tried calling about this but gotten nowwhere. can you please help us? my safelink no. is 270 206 5175.
