    the worst customer service ever. phone keeps ringing. they triple charged me and havent provided a refund. havent been able to speak to anyone who knows what’s going on .

      I put my membership on hold and they were charging me $15 a month, so i canclled it and they keep charging me 2 extra months. Then they called me to charge me the $45 i gave them my info 3 times in 2 calls before they chagred me.. Then later i get a call feom a collections for $45, even after i paid…
      Like the gym, hate there customer service…

    I have e mailed you 3 times seeking a copy of my contract for insurance reimbusement purposes. I sent the request to the e mail given to me by my Club, in Oceanside, NY. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgment of my request. I am now calling you to make the same request and there is absolutely NO ONE taking the call. I have been on hold for 10 minutes listening to elevator music. You have no intention of answering my call.

    Your service is beyond terrible. It truly sucks.

    What horrible customer service! So if you are a member for years and paying a hefty membership, you can’t take advantage of newer lower pricing.

    IT APPEARS THE ONLY TIME ONE CAN CONTACT YOUR COMPANY IS WHEN ONE IS SIGNING UP FOR MEMBERSHIP WHICH MEANS YOUR COMPANY STANDS TO PROFIT. THE NUMBER ON THE KEY TOGGLE IS INCORRECT. THE NUMBER ON THIS PAGE ABOVE SENDS THE CALL TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE OR OFFERS AN ALTERNATIVE NUMBER THAT REPORTS THE CIRCUITS ARE BUSY. I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. CAN I GET A RESPONSE?

      I agree with your comment. My experience was worse. The reason why I discontinued my membership was because I complained about maintenance service person being disespectful to me, I was expecting an answer from management what can I do to solve this problem, but instead I heard I will be more than happy to process your cancellation and you will be charged $30 cancellation fee

    I got up at 5:00 I got to the gym at 5:30 it’s 6:15 and nobody is here this is crazy and very unprofessional ! I talked to some of the other members and they say this happens often. I workout at New York sports club in Somers .
