I’m leaving this feed back because I have experienced terrible customer service with my food stamp case worker. I’m currently assigned to Mr. Hollis of the Montgomery County food stamp division. I submitted a request form to change the amount of food stamps I received as there were changes to my income. I submitted the first request in January of this year and I have yet to hear from my case worker. I have been calling and leaving several message and still no response. I have not recieved any correspondences in the mail and I have called other colleagues and still no success, they also verified that he is in the office. I feel that I’m being treated as a second class citizen. I know that you all have extensive case loads but I deserve a response in a timely manner. I have tried reaching Mr. Hollis Supervisor as well but I have been unsuccessful. Please look further into the matter as I can be reached at (334)312-7718. Thanks so much I look forward in getting this resolved.
