    Tech Support couldn’t help me out due to nothing being wrong with my computer. When I called Customer Support it was a number that started with 206 which I don’t believe is a toll free number. I wasn’t going to spend a while on the phone due to my fixed income. I ordered Haunted Manor Lord of Mirrors but got Haunted Manor Strategy Guide.     I bought a triple chip pk for19.99 I’m a vip 4 almost 5 I was only credited reg. chip amount not the sale Amt. I sent in a ticket a women name responded to me and said she needed a screen shot ITUNES recite which I provided along with several screen shots of my iTunes recites.gor proof I gave all she needed ???plus more ,I’m very disappointed in the past of having issues with the game not adding scatters or missing gifts from friends like chips they send go missing and it is frustrating when your being told u have no issues I spend a lot of money on this game an to be told they won’t credit it are you kidding 1,000 a month I spend I guess it won’t be missed by your company ,I just want what’s due to me please ,thank you

    I’ve played this game for 4 months.. now all my progress is gone. I’ve tried to start over but now the game resets when I log out and its like I’ve never played at all..tried the (206)213-5733 number but its no longer working. The (866) 921-6960 automated answer doesn’t recognize any number pressed.. this is very frustrating. I can’t even play it now.

    I have a new computer and need to edit my account information with Big Fish Games. I have tried notifying their customer service, received an email from them that was no help at all. Tried again, same result. Tried several other times with the same result — NO HELP. I love the games Big Fish offers and have been with them since 2001, however, their service is abysmal!!!. Please help.

      Big Fish is continually pulling funds from my checking when I am not or have not played the game for several days. I have tried calling the home office but they are not assisting anyone by phone at least at this time. I have tried removing my account number with no success. This used to be one of the most recommended downloads, I am very disappointed in their customer service.

    I mistakenly signed up for Casino games about 8 months ago at a monthly charge of $7.41. Somehow this happened when I bought Bejeweled3 from Big Fish Games. I have tried emailing, on-line support, phoning, etc. to no avail. No one from Big Fish ever answers the phone, and I keep getting referred to the Big Fish website. I keep getting charged this amount from my checking account each month. Who can take care of this matter?

    7/8/14 9:30 pm. You put a payback time for big surprise we had to share write thank you big fish casino then we had to Like it for the big surprise. We had to do surveys to get 9 million. I did 1 did not put 9 mil in acc. So I did another for 9mil. And still nothing. I did the car insureince, I had to call to get 4diget #. Which I put in and did nothing. SO CAN YOU PUT the 2×9 mil.     I bought 1 game over a year ago, then started to get charged every month for a subscription. I cancelled the subscription, then started getting charge a few months later. Cancelled again. Started getting charged a few months later again. I have now cancelled 4 fucking times, and was charged once again after several months of not being charged. Was finally able to talk to a human who said they didn’t have the ability to cancel, and had to be done online, wich obviously doesn’t do a damn bit of good. Fuck you big fish. If I am ever in washington I will come by your office to say hi

    Very unhappy that the number listed is not toll free – and that every option is just a recorded message. I am not good with computers and all the information was in no way helpful. Why is there no way to contact Big Fish and speak with a person to assist customers????????

    You can’t get a “HUMAN!!” I just need something very simple……no problems with games or anything else like that but they have a very long recording about the stupid web-site. I am finished with this site because they obviously only care about your money and what you buy…once they have your money they don’t care. I’m finished…..walking away and I will pay higher money for the same game if that company has “LIVE” customer support not just some long yahoo message about how to get to the web-site…DUH!!!! I thinkwe already know that or we wouldn’t be having problems with your games……..not a very nice way to treat customers

    I asked a question in the Big fish forums and I got banned from using them … the question was..” what did I miss I must be nosy more often” then they banned me from the site…there are people in there fighting and cussing all the time and but nothing happens to them I am deleting BF from my computer and all its games and MY bank account is closed to you for good… no better yet… BFG is banned from my bank account
